今年以来,全省各级林业部门按照省委、省政府关于建设“两江”生态屏障的战略要求,认真总结多年来林业生态建设的经验、教训,抢抓西部大开发林业生态建设的机遇,对今年的林业建设任务从政策上、机制上、制度上以及造林技术、种苗供应、资金保证等方面作了认真的研究和部署,做到早计划、早安排、早动手,全省林业生态建设迈出了可喜步伐。目前,全省已完成造林面积427万亩,占计划400万亩的106.8%;完成封山育林455万亩,占计划300万亩的151%;育苗1.36万亩,中幼林抚育213万亩,占计划300万亩的71%,四旁植树3195万株,为计划的106.5%,义务植树2629万株,为计划的121%。
