任职教育条件下学科建设具有学科发展综合性、建设目标指向性、课程体系实践性、学科队伍复合性、建设模式创新性、评价体系实效性等新特点。加强任职教育条件下学科建设,必须面对学科建设价值取向与发展趋势、学科建设顶层设计与院校教育任务、课程体系及教学内容与任职教育要求、师资队伍结构与承担的教学科研任务等不完全适应的突出问题,积极培育大学科建设理念,着力构建实践性课程体系,突出推行研究式教学方法,积极打造复合型师资队伍,切实加强应用型学术研究,逐步健全学科建设机制。
