《幼儿园教师专业标准》已于2013年颁布,对农村幼儿园教师既是挑战又是机遇。针对农村幼儿园教师专业素养发展现状,结合《幼儿园教师专业标准》对幼儿园教师的要求,提出农村幼儿园教师专业素养发展对策:教育行政部门要依据《幼儿园教师专业标准》进行农村幼儿园教师队伍建设,幼儿园参照《幼儿园教师专业标准》确立幼儿园管理体系,农村幼儿园教师依托《幼儿园教师专业标准》促进自我专业发展。
“Kindergarten Teachers Professional Standards” was enacted in 2013, which is both a challenge and an opportunity for rural kindergarten teachers. In view of the current situation of teachers’ professional accomplishment development in rural kindergartens and the requirements of kindergarten teachers in “Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers”, this paper proposes countermeasures for the development of teachers’ professional qualities in rural kindergartens: the administrative departments of education should make the construction of teachers in rural kindergartens according to the “Kindergarten Teachers’ Professional Standards” Reference to “Kindergarten Teachers Professional Standards” to establish a kindergarten management system, rural kindergarten teachers rely on “kindergarten teacher professional standards” to promote self-professional development.
