本刊讯中国共产党宁夏回族自治区第八届委员会第一次全体会议,4月28日下午在银川贺兰山宾馆礼堂举行。出席会议的有自治区党委委员41人,候补委员9人。毛如柏同志主持了会议。全会选举毛如柏为自治区党委书记,马启智、韩茂华、任启兴为自治区党委副书记;当选为自治区党委常委的还有卢普阳、马锡广、刘丰富、陈希明、马文学、周生贤、王正伟。全会批准由自治区纪律检查委员会第一次全体会议选举产生的自治区纪委书记刘丰富,
Journal of the Communist Party of China Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Eighth Committee, the first plenary session of the afternoon of April 28 in Helan Mountain Hotel Yinchuan Hall held. There were 41 members of the party committees and 9 alternate members attending the meeting. Comrade Mao Rubai presided over the meeting. The plenary session elected Mao Ruobai as party secretary of the autonomous region, Ma Qizhi and Han Maohua and Ren Qixing as deputy party secretary of the autonomous region. Lu Poyang, Ma Xiguang, Liu Fengfu, Chen Ximing, Ma Wenxue, Zhou Shengxian and Wang Zhengwei were elected as members of the regional party committees. The plenary approved Liu Autonomous Region Commission for Discipline Inspection Liu Fu-fu, who was elected by the first plenary meeting of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the autonomous region,
