我国公共财政的透明度不断提高,政府的信息公开意识也不断得到增强,但是公共财政的透明度仍较低,不能满足公众的需求,一些政府部门甚至有滥用公共财政的现象,影响着我国经济和社会的进一步发展。可以说,透明度问题是我国公共财政中存在的最大问题。因此,必须加大公共财政预算方面的公众参与力度,进一步转变政府职能,加大公共服务领域的投资力度,加强对公共财政制度的监督,规范政府权力行使。
