在机淤生产中加大泥浆流量是提高机淤生产率的关键。在保持动力机械以额定性能运行的前提下,泥浆流量的大小主要受含沙量、管道长度及管道出水口中心与临河水位的高差三个因素的影响。通过计算,定量与定性相结合地分析出这三个因素对泥浆流量的影响及影响程度。据此,对于在机淤施工中如何控制各因素以有效地加大泥浆流量提出了建议;同时,从技术革新的角度出发,通过定量地比较分析,对于在机淤生产中采用部分并联管道以提高泥浆流量的问题也提出了设想与建议。
Increase the mud flow in the production of silt is the key to improve the productivity of siltation. Under the premise of keeping the power machinery running at the rated performance, the size of the mud flow is mainly affected by three factors: the sediment concentration, the length of the pipeline, and the height difference between the center of the pipeline outlet and the water level of the Linhe River. Based on this, the author puts forward suggestions on how to control the various factors in the construction of silt to effectively increase the mud flow rate. At the same time, from the perspective of technological innovation, through quantitative comparative analysis, Proposals and suggestions have also been made to raise the issue of mud flow.
