合肥发电厂~#2炉是哈锅厂1314—240/39型固态排渣炉,配备四台1600/600型风扇磨,设计的热风出口温度为315℃。可是磨煤机进口实际热风温度只有230~240℃,磨煤机出口一次风温在100℃左右,当煤的水份Wp>10%时,_一次风温还降到60~70℃。这样,在燃烧淮北低挥发份煤种时,就推迟了着火,使燃烧不稳。为了提高一次风温,改善燃烧,于1981年在预热器出口联箱中把热风引出管加高(见图1)。试验结果:磨煤机进口热风温度提高30℃左右,一次风温提高15℃以上,燃烧情况有所改善。
Hefei Power Plant ~ # 2 furnace is a 1314-240 / 39 type solid slag boiler in the factory, equipped with four 1600/600 type fan mill, hot air outlet temperature of 315 ℃. However, the actual hot blast mill inlet temperature is only 230 ~ 240 ℃, mill outlet temperature of about 100 ℃, when the coal moisture Wp> 10%, _ once the air temperature dropped to 60 ~ 70 ℃. In this way, Huaibei low volatile coal combustion, it delayed the fire, so that combustion instability. In order to increase the primary air temperature and improve the combustion, the hot air outlet pipe was raised in the preheater outlet header in 1981 (see Figure 1). Test Result: The hot blast temperature of imported coal mill increased by about 30 ℃, and once the air temperature increased by 15 ℃, the combustion situation improved.
