解决小组合作中的瓶颈问题,我们尝试通过“知者加速”和“惑者求助”策略,发挥团队合力,碰撞激发学生创新思维的火花.加速可从:内容与能力的加速;自主与他主的加速;课内课外的加速去落实;对于“惑者求助”途径则有:学习小组内和组间求助;向教师求助;课后求助.但要注意建立求助机制对助人者的奖励机制.
