思想政治工作是企业精神文明建设和企业文化建设中的重要组成部分,其在解决职工矛盾以及社会问题等方面起着重要的作用。随着市场经济的不断发展,思想政治工作的途径也要不断的进行改变,才能够适应社会发展的需要。本文就对多途径开展职工思想政治教育的相关问题进行简单的探讨。
Ideological and political work is an important part of the construction of enterprise's spiritual civilization and corporate culture. It plays an important role in resolving the contradictions of staff and workers as well as social issues. With the continuous development of the market economy, the ways of ideological and political work must be constantly changed to meet the needs of social development. This article will conduct a simple discussion on the issues related to carrying out ideological and political education for workers and staff in various ways.
