乙草胺是一种新型的除草剂。本实验研究结果表明：对大鼠经口ＬＤ＿（５０）为１４９７ｍｇ／ｋｇ（１３０８～１７１３ｍｇ／ｋｇ），一般经消化道吸收，出现中毒症状，甚至死亡。大鼠经皮ＬＤ＿（５０）＞４０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ。家兔急性眼刺激试验均未出现刺激作用。参照农药急性毒性试验分级标准，属低毒类除草剂。
Acetochlor is a new type of herbicide. The experimental results show that: the rat oral LD_ (50) of 1497mg / kg (1308 ~ 1713mg / kg), usually absorbed through the digestive tract, symptoms of poisoning and even death. Rat percutaneous LD_ (50)> 4000mg / kg. Rabbit acute eye irritation test did not appear to stimulate. Reference to pesticide acute toxicity test grading standards, is a low toxic herbicide.
