为探索外用避孕药壬苯醇醚对人类精子的杀精机理,本实验室用扫描电镜观察人类精子在壬苯醇醚和壬苯醇醚加赋形剂聚乙烯醇作用后的表面形态变化,并观察了不同浓度药物的杀精效果。材料和方法壬苯醇醚:由上海医工院提供壬苯醇醚药膜:由南京药学院制药厂提供精液来源为具有正常生育力男性3名,用手淫方法将整份精液标本完整地收集到干净的玻璃器皿内。被检的精液与已配成0.01~0.2%的试剂以1:10混匀后,约3分钟滴于多聚赖氨酸阳离子膜制成的载玻片上,并用2%戊二醛固定,然后用乙醇脱水及二氧化碳临界点干燥喷金等步骤,制成标本进行扫描电镜观察。
