2004年,法国将《档案法》纳入《遗产法典》,成为该法典的第二卷:档案馆。2008年,《遗产法典》的第二卷(档案馆)被全面修订。修订后的档案立法将“私人档案”纳入权利保护范围,同时确立了“自由公开”档案的原则。与1979年《档案法》相比,2008年的《遗产法典》(第二卷档案馆)内容规定更为完整,权利涉及更为全面。
In 2004, France incorporated the “Archives Act” into the “Legacy Code” and became the second volume of the Code: Archives. In 2008, the second volume of the Legacy Code (Archives) was fully revised. The revised file legislation will “private files ” into the scope of protection of rights, at the same time established “free and open ” file principle. Compared with the 1979 Archives Law, the “Code of Legation” (Archives of the Second Volume) in 2008 provides more complete provisions and more complete rights.
