对6种规格集料从料堆顶部、中部和底部3个部位进行取样,分别测试了颗粒级配和针片状颗粒含量。测试结果表明:10~20mm规格集料颗粒级配平行试验在关键筛孔处通过率变异性相对于其他规格集料较大,并且在堆料时易发生离析,在取样检测时应严格按照规程要求取样。取样部位对集料规格范围较小即相邻筛孔不超过5mm的集料的颗粒级配和针片状试验结果影响不大。因此推荐在集料生产过程中相邻筛孔不宜超过5mm。
Six kinds of aggregates were sampled from the top, the middle and the bottom of the material stack, and the particle size distribution and needle flaky particle content were tested. The test results show that the passing rate variability of the 10-20mm size aggregate particle grading test at the key sieve openings is larger than that of other specifications and is prone to segregation during stockpiling. The sample testing should be conducted in strict accordance with the procedures Request sampling. The sampling site has little effect on the particle size distribution of the aggregates and the needle flake test results for the aggregate size range of less than 5 mm adjacent sieve openings.
