自中共十三届三中全会以来,我们淮阳市清浦区人民政府办公室,适应治理整顿的需要,在公文处理中,特别是加强核稿工作,一方面积极提高核稿人员的素质,大胆改进该稿方法;另一方面坚持分析和解决核稿中值得注意的一些共性问题。以此提高了公文的质量,发挥了公文在维护和实现政令统一方面的重要作用,有效地保证了冶理整顿一系列方针、政策和措施的顺利落实。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, our office of the People’s Government of Qingpu District, Huaiyang Municipality, has adapted to the need of rectification and management. In the handling of official documents, especially the work on nuclear draft work, we must actively improve the quality of our auditors and boldly improve The manuscript method; on the other hand, insisted on analyzing and resolving some common problems worth noting in the manuscript. In this way, the quality of the official document was enhanced and the official document played an important role in the maintenance and realization of the unification of the government order. This effectively ensured the smooth implementation of a series of guidelines, policies and measures for rectification.
