目的掌握福州港新开放码头媒介生物的构成及分布情况,为福州港病媒及其传染病的防制提供依据。方法选取4个新开放码头作为调查点,按《中国出入境检验检疫行业标准》方法进行为期1年每月1次的调查。结果①共布有效笼7 121个,捕获鼠形动物84只,年均鼠密度1.18%,隶属2目2科2属3种,褐家鼠为优势种(46.2%)。②检获蚤、螨、蜱种属较单一,鼠体染虫率及各鼠体表寄生虫平均指数均较低。③捕获成蚊95只,平均蚊密度1.98只/人工.h,隶属3属4种。④捕获蝇4 456只,平均密度30.94只/笼.d,隶属4科11属17种。⑤捕获蜚蠊592只,年均密度0.45只/盒,隶属1科2属3种;⑥蠓未捕获。结论福州港新开放码媒介生物基本达到国境口岸相应控制标准的要求。与旧码头相比,密度明显较低。重视码头的前期规划、设计、管理、建设等,对于提高媒介生物控制工作效率有积极意义。
Objective To understand the composition and distribution of vector organisms in the newly opened wharfs in Fuzhou Port, and provide the basis for the prevention and control of vectors and their infectious diseases in Fuzhou Port. Methods Four new open wharfs were selected as the investigation points, and the survey was conducted once a year according to the method of “China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Standards”. Results ① A total of 121 121 effective cages were captured, 84 mouse-shaped animals were captured, and the average annual rat density was 1.18%. There were 3 species belonging to 2 orders, 2 families and 2 genera, and Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species (46.2%). ② seizures fleas, mites, tick species is more single, the mouse census rate and the average body surface parasites were lower. ③ captured 95 mosquitoes, the average mosquito density of 1.98 / artificial. H, belonging to 3 genera and 4 species. ④ 4 456 flies were captured, with an average density of 30.94 / cage.d, belonging to 4 genera, 11 genera and 17 species. ⑤ 592 cockroaches were captured, with an average annual density of 0.45 / box, belonging to 1 families, 2 genera and 3 species; ⑥ not caught. Conclusions Fuzhou Port’s new open-code media basically met the corresponding control standards at the border crossings. Compared with the old pier, the density is significantly lower. Pay attention to the pre-pier planning, design, management, construction, etc., for improving the efficiency of vector biological control has a positive meaning.
