本文从解决NP12—0型7.5吨单轴惯性震动落砂机存在的问题出发,介绍了改进方法,结构简图,改进前后的技术规格和参数,技术经济效果,尚存问题及改进意见。并通过不同条件下落砂机的性能参数测试与计算数据,分析了所选用的较简便的振幅和功率的计算公式,提出了惯性普通式落砂机参数选择范围和设计计算步骤。为设计计算方便,绘制了不同机械指数K的振幅与转速的关系曲线和落砂机常用转速下每吨静载、每毫米振幅所需激振力与调谐值的关系曲线。
Based on the existing problems of NP12-0 7.5 ton uniaxial vibrational shakeout machine, this paper introduces the improvement methods, the sketch map of the structure, the technical specifications and parameters before and after the improvement, the technical economic effects, the remaining problems and the suggestions for improvement. Through the test and calculation of the performance parameters of the falling sand machine under different conditions, the calculation formulas of the simpler amplitude and power selected are analyzed, and the parameter selection range and design calculation steps of the inertial common falling sand machine are proposed. For the convenience of design and calculation, the relationship curves between amplitude and speed of different mechanical index K and the relationship between the exciting force and the tuning value per ton of static load and per millimeter of vibration at the common rotational speed of the sand removing machine are plotted.
