应用5室隔板方法研究了三叶草根间菌丝桥在氮素传递中的作用。结果表明:低氮时植株间菌丝桥的形成改善了受体植株氮、磷营养状况,高氮时仅受体植株地上部吸氮量和吸磷量有所增加;供体受体三叶草根间传递15N的数量、受体植株的生物量及根系的吸氮量均不受植株间菌丝桥和受体根室施氮水平的影响。
A five-compartment septum method was used to study the effect of the clover mycorrhiza bridge on nitrogen transport. The results showed that the formation of mycelial bridges between plants improved the nutrition status of nitrogen and phosphorus of the plants under low nitrogen condition. At high nitrogen, only the uptake of nitrogen and phosphorus uptake increased, The amount of 15N translocation between the plants and the nitrogen uptake by the roots was not affected by the nitrogen level in the mycorrhizal fungi and the rhizosphere of the recipient plants.
