一、概况应用技术研究中心(以下简称应用中心)是上海石化科技开发公司下属的一个专业从事新产品、新技术、新工艺科研开发的研究部门。现有员工51名,本科以上学历者31名,占员工总数的61%,其中博士4名,硕士15名;中级以上技术职称30名,占员工总数的59%,是一支高学历、高职称、高素质的员工队伍。应用中心的主要任务是承担催化剂、水处理剂、助剂的研究
