加强技校学生职业道德教育,有利于学生加深对将来所从事职业的热爱,树立崇高的职业理想,培养良好的劳动态度、服务意识,练就过硬的职业技能。技工学校的职业道德课不同于普通中学的政治课,应当依据职业教育和技校学生的特殊性,选取教学内容,改革教学方法。一、引导学生从思想上重视职业道德课,努力发挥学生学习的主体作用。职业道德课不像数理化等学科,有其自身的学习特点。实践表明,即使是基础比较差的学生,如果思想上重视,在老师指导下多花点时间去领悟和记忆,也会取得一定的成绩。所以,教师在课堂内外,应首先注意学生学习积极性的激发和调动,让学生深刻认识到学习教材理论知识的重要意义,增强学习职业道德课的内驱力;在日常生活中,努力构建一种民主平等的师生关系,让学生“亲其师,信其道”。
Strengthening vocational education of technical school students is conducive to students to deepen their love of career in the future, establish lofty professional ideals, develop a good working attitude, sense of service, training excellent vocational skills. The vocational and technical school of technical school is different from the political school of ordinary middle school. It should select teaching contents and reform teaching methods according to the specialty of vocational education and technical school students. First, to guide students from the ideological emphasis on professional ethics, and strive to play the main role of student learning. Unlike ethics and physics and other disciplines, occupational morality has its own learning characteristics. Practice shows that even students with poor foundation can gain some achievements if they pay more attention to their thinking and spend more time on comprehension and memory under the guidance of their teachers. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to the motivation and mobilization of students’ enthusiasm both inside and outside the classroom, so as to enable students to profoundly understand the importance of learning theoretical knowledge of teaching materials and enhance the internal drive of learning professional ethics. In their daily life, they should strive to build a Democracy equal teacher-student relationship, so that students “to pro-teacher, believe it ”.
