目的:建立麝香拔湿膏的定性定量方法。方法:采用薄层色谱对盐酸苯海拉明进行定性鉴别;采用气相色谱法对樟脑、薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯、麝香草脑进行定性鉴别,并对冰片进行含量测定。采用聚乙二醇(PEG)-20M(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)毛细管柱,柱温采用程序升温,进样口温度250℃,FID检测器,检测器温度250℃。结果:在薄层色谱中可检测出盐酸苯海拉明。用气相色谱法可鉴别出樟脑、薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯、麝香草脑;龙脑进样量在0.14~11.16μg范围呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=6)为97.8%(RSD=1.9%)。结论:本测定方法简便可行,重复性好,可用于麝香拔湿膏的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a qualitative and quantitative method for musk dewetting cream. Methods: The qualitative identification of diphenhydramine hydrochloride was carried out by TLC. The qualitative identification of camphor, menthol, methyl salicylate and thyme brain was carried out by gas chromatography, and the content of borneol was determined. The column temperature was programmed using a polyethylene glycol (PEG) -20M (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm) capillary column with an inlet temperature of 250 ° C and a FID detector at a detector temperature of 250 ° C. Results: Diphenhydramine hydrochloride was detected in thin layer chromatography. Camphor, menthol, methyl salicylate and thyme brain were identified by gas chromatography. The injection rate of borneol showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.9999) in the range of 0.14 ~ 11.16μg, the average recovery rate (n = 6) was 97.8% (RSD = 1.9%). Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of musk dewetting cream.
