为了解决寒地垄作(主要是玉米)区保护性耕作的残茬处理问题,在研究分析传统联合整地机的基础上,研制出垄作组合式灭茬苗带旋耕整地机。该机具由减速箱总成(主副变速箱)、机架总成、旋耕刀轴左(右)总成、灭茬刀轴左(右)总成、旋耕刀、灭茬刀、整形器、镇压器总成和限深地轮总成等装置组成。其一次作业能够完成垄上灭茬、旋耕、起垄和镇压等多项作业,使田面状况达到待播状态。田间试验表明:1GMMZ-280/4型垄作组合式灭茬、旋耕整地机的整地保墒效果明显好于多次耕整地方式。
In order to solve the problem of treatment of the residual tillage of conservation tillage in cold ridge maize (mainly maize) area, based on the research and analysis of the traditional combined land preparation machine, a rotary tillage earthmoving machine was developed. The machine consists of gearbox assembly (main and auxiliary gearboxes), rack assembly, rotary cutter shaft left (right) assembly, stubble shaft left (right) assembly, rotary tillage machine, stubble cutter, shaper, Roller assembly and limited depth to the wheel assembly and other devices. Its one operation can complete a number of operations such as stubble removal, rotary tillage, ridging and repression on the ridge to bring the field surface condition to awaiting broadcasting. The field experiments showed that the effect of soil preparation and soil conservation of 1GMMZ-280/4 ridge-type combined stubble cultivator and rotary cultivator was significantly better than that of multiple tillage and land preparation.
