随着粘接技术的不断发展,粘接在设备维修中获得广泛应用。修复设备砼基础时,应用环氧树脂砂浆浇注地脚螺栓或铆固筋,可以在常温下固化,施工简便,省工省料,是一种经济实用的修复方法。 我厂广磨机主电机更新时,原有的电机基础平面位置偏低245毫米。如果按常规施工,在主厂房内爆破或凿岩,拆除旧基础浇注新基础,工期长,费用高。我们应用粘接技术,充分考虑旧基础的可用性,在其上钻孔粘接地脚螺栓和铆固筋,再以铆固筋为骨架,绑扎钢筋网浇注混凝土,从而达到了施工标准。
With the continuous development of bonding technology, bonding has been widely used in equipment maintenance. When repairing equipment foundations, the use of epoxy resin mortar to cast anchor bolts or rivets, can be cured at room temperature, construction is simple, saving labor and materials, is an economic and practical method of repair. When the main motor of our factory was upgraded, the original motor base plane was positioned 245 mm lower. If conventional construction is used, blasting or rock drilling in the main building, dismantling the old foundation and pouring a new foundation will result in a long construction period and high costs. We applied adhesive technology and fully considered the availability of the old foundation. We drilled and bonded anchor bolts and riveted reinforcements. We then used riveted stiffeners as the skeleton to tie the reinforced concrete into the concrete to meet the construction standards.
