The signing of Foxconn’s migration to the West in 2010 showed that the most efficient foundry companies in the world have been unable to survive in the eastern coastal areas. There are currently two major vicious economic trends in China. One is the large-scale state-owned enterprises whose cost is represented by Sinopec’s sky-price wine. Second, the upcoming closure represented by SMEs in the eastern coastal areas.
