数据选用每个人的最高BLL(血铅峰值)。
Since 1981, occupational lead exposure monitoring systems have been established in the states of California, New Jersey, New York and Texas. Each state requires a laboratory that conducts blood lead analysis to report all elevated blood lead (BLL) to the State Department of Health (SHD) (see Table 1). The SHD then contacted the doctor or patient who sent the blood sample by phone for demographic information and the possibility of occupational lead exposure. This article summarizes the surveillance data for BLL ≥40 μg / dl in whole blood of adults in these states in 1987 (California and New York require adults over 18 years and Texas as 15 years and New Jersey as 16 years) and some within one year Been reported many times, but only one case. The data used for each person’s highest BLL (peak blood lead).
