党校作为干部教育培训的主渠道、主阵地,党校学风端正与否是衡量干部教育培训学风建设的风向标。整体而言,我市党校系统学风建设得到了社会各方面及培训学员的认可,学风向好的方向发展;但同时,知行不一、学用分离、理论与实践脱节的学风问题依然存在。为了配合市委组织部干教处在全市开展的干部教育培训学风建设工作,落实制定《党校主体班次学风建设有关规定》的任务,我们从加强党校系统主体班次的学风建设入手,开展了专题调研,并且听取各方意见与建议,最终形成本调研报告。
