对河南省开封县1988～2003年居民恶性肿瘤死亡登记报告资料进行分析。开封县2000～2003年常见恶性肿瘤死亡率男性为105.49/10万,女性为58.48/10万,中调率为80.88/10万和34.80/10万,男女性比值为1.80∶1。男女性恶性肿瘤死亡均居各类死因第2位。开封县1988～2003年男性恶性肿瘤死亡呈上升趋势。
The data of death report of malignant tumor among residents in Kaifeng County of Henan Province from 1988 to 2003 were analyzed. The mortality rate of common malignant tumors from 2000 to 2003 in Kaifeng County was 105.49 / lakh and 58.48 / lakh for women, with the mediate rate of 80.88 / lakh and 34.80 / lakh respectively. The ratio of male to female was 1.80: 1. Male and female malignant tumor deaths rank second in all causes of death. Kaifeng County, male malignant tumor mortality increased from 1988 to 2003.
