酸性染料比色法测定牛黄益金片中总生物碱的含量

采用酸性染料——溴麝香草酚蓝测定了牛黄益金片中黄柏小檗碱型总生物碱的含量。方法简单,结果稳定、重现性好。回收率:纯品法100.23％,CV=1.42％;加样法97.36％,CV=1.88％。

The content of total alkaloids in Berberine was determined using acid dye-bromothymol blue. The method is simple and the result is stable and reproducible. Recovery rate: 100.23% for pure product method, CV=1.42%; 97.36% for adding sample method, CV=1.88%.
