目的分析缺血性脑卒中应用CT、MRI及脑血流灌注显像(SPECT)诊断的效果。方法随机选择2013年8月至2015年8月在本院接受缺血性脑卒中诊断的患者110例参与研究,应用CT、MRI及脑血流灌注显像方法对患者实施诊断,应用临床神经功能评分评价三种诊断方法的价值。结果对于腔隙性脑梗死或者TIA,SPECT显像检出率高于CT、MRI;对于大面积脑梗死患者,SPECT和MRI检查率差异不大,都比CT检出率高。结论图像融合MRI和SPECT有助于缺血病灶检出的准确率和灵敏度明显提高,对于诊断缺血性脑卒中价值显著。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of CT, MRI and cerebral perfusion imaging (SPECT) in ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 110 patients with ischemic stroke diagnosed in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 were enrolled in the study. CT, MRI and cerebral perfusion imaging were used to diagnose the patients and clinical neurological function Rating Evaluation of the value of the three diagnostic methods. Results For lacunar infarction or TIA, the detection rate of SPECT imaging was higher than that of CT and MRI. For large area cerebral infarction patients, the detection rates of SPECT and MRI were not significantly different from those of CT. Conclusions Image fusion and SPECT are helpful for the detection of ischemic lesions with significantly higher accuracy and sensitivity, which is of great value in the diagnosis of ischemic stroke.
