房地产低碳消费模式是房地产低碳经济的重要环节之一,也是低碳消费的主要组成部分。论文阐述并界定了房地产低碳消费的定义,在此基础上,分析了我国房地产低碳消费的制约因素,提出了我国房地产低碳消费的基本公共策略。
Real estate low-carbon consumption pattern is one of the important links in the real estate low-carbon economy and a major component of low-carbon consumption. The paper expounds and defines the definition of low-carbon consumption of real estate. On this basis, it analyzes the restrictive factors of low-carbon consumption of real estate in our country and puts forward the basic public tactics of low-carbon consumption of real estate in our country.
