在改革开放方针的指导下,近十几年来,国内很多大中型企业为了开发新产品、新品种,提高产品质量,促进企业技术进步,先后引进了许多先进的数控机床(加工中心)。国产的各种档次的数控机床(加工中心)也有很大发展,并有批量生产。目前国内数控机床的拥有量相当可观,几乎遍及各个行业。通过多年的推广与应用,我们积累了不少维修经验,也遇到一些难题。为了管好、用好、修理好数控机床等高技术设备,本刊特别邀请中国兵器科学研究院刘希金教授级高级工程师开设“机床数控系统故障检测与维修”专题讲座。本讲座共八讲,既有数控系统工作原理,又有故障检测;不但介绍故障诊断分析方法,而且结合维修实例。具体内容是:第一讲机床数控系统的内容与特点,第二讲机床数控系统的结构及工作原理简介,第三讲故障判断及分析方法,第四讲故障检测及分析技术,第五讲元器件的替代,第六讲维修常用仪器、仪表简介,第七讲检测与维修实例,第八讲机床开机调试。预计分12次刊出。希望通过本次讲座,使有关维修技术人员对机床数控系统及其故障检测与维修能有一个较全面的了解,进一步提高解决实际问题的能力。同时本刊也希望广大从事数控设备、加工中心、机电一体化设备的修理、改造、检测、诊断工作者,提供本行业、本部门的应用实践经验,供?
Under the guidance of the guideline of reform and opening up, in recent ten years, many domestic large and medium-sized enterprises have successively introduced many advanced numerical control machine tools (machining centers) in order to develop new products and new varieties, improve product quality and promote technological progress of enterprises. Domestic various grades of CNC machine tools (machining centers) also have great development, and mass production. At present, the possession of CNC machine tools in China is considerable, covering almost all industries. Through years of promotion and application, we have accumulated a lot of maintenance experience, but also encountered some problems. In order to manage, make good use of and repair of high-tech equipment such as CNC machine tools, this magazine specially invited Prof. Liu Xi-jin, a senior engineer of China Academy of Weaponry, to open a seminar on “Fault Detection and Maintenance of CNC Machine Tools”. This lecture has a total of eight lectures, both the working principle of CNC system, but also fault detection; not only introduces fault diagnosis and analysis methods, but also with examples of maintenance. The first part is the content and characteristics of NC system of machine tool, the second part is introduction of the structure and working principle of NC system, the third part of fault diagnosis and analysis method, the fourth part of fault detection and analysis technology, the fifth part of yuan Device Replacement, Lecture 6 Maintenance of Common Instruments, Meters, Seventh Lecture and Maintenance Case, Eighth Machine Commissioning. Expected to be divided 12 times. Hope that through this seminar, the maintenance technicians have a more comprehensive understanding of the CNC system and its fault detection and repair, and further improve the ability to solve practical problems. At the same time we also hope that the majority of CNC equipment, machining centers, machinery and equipment integration repair, transformation, testing, diagnosis workers, to provide the industry, the sector’s practical experience in application for?
