用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了林蛙油中的常量元素和微量元素,优化了微波消解和ICP-AES处理条件,本法的检测下限为0.050~2.10μg·g-1,相对标准偏差在0.05%~4.85%之间,加标回收率在93.9%~104.1%之间,通过分析国家标准物质GBW10050(大虾)和GBW10018(鸡肉)来验证方法的准确度和精密度,测定值和标准值吻合,表明此方法具有操作简便,检出限低,线性范围宽,精密度高,准确度好等优点,能同时满足常量元素和微量元素的检测要求。
Microwave digestion - Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES) was used to determine the major elements and trace elements in Rana oil, and the microwave digestion and ICP-AES conditions were optimized. The detection limit of this method was 0.050 ~ 2.10μg · G-1, the relative standard deviations were between 0.05% and 4.85%, the recoveries were between 93.9% and 104.1%, and the accuracy of the method was verified by analyzing the national standards GBW10050 (prawn) and GBW10018 (chicken) The results show that the method has the advantages of simple operation, low detection limit, wide linear range, high precision and good accuracy, which can meet the testing requirements of the elements and trace elements at the same time.
