目的探讨放射医学文献检索培训的新方式,满足科研人员检索个性化需求。方法结合近年来对新员工进行的放射医学文献检索讲座,总结出文献检索培训内容应选择贴近实际工作内容,讲座立争做到新颖、实用性强,同时引进信息素养教育概念。结果避免文检培训枯燥无味,开创文献信息服务的新局面。结论放射医学文献检索培训的新方式满足了科研人员检索个性化需要。
Objective To explore a new way of radiological medical literature retrieval and training to meet the needs of researchers to retrieve individualized information. Methods Based on the lectures on radiological literature retrieval conducted by new employees in recent years, this paper concludes that the contents of the literature retrieval training should be close to the actual contents of the work and the lecture competition should be innovative and practical. At the same time, the concept of information literacy education should be introduced. The result is to avoid the boring and tasteless training of documentary inspection and to create a new situation of documentary information service. Conclusion The new way of radiology medical literature retrieval training satisfies the individual needs of researchers.
