为了明确铁皮石斛花中多糖相对分子质量分布及其单糖组成,该研究采用高效凝胶色谱和柱前衍生UPLC对11个铁皮石斛花样品的多糖进行了相对分子质量及其单糖组成分析,并利用SPSS 19.0软件根据组成的单糖峰面积进行聚类分析,结果表明11个杂交家系铁皮石斛花的粗多糖均分离为三部分(DOP-1,DOP-2和DOP-3),其平均相对分子质量分别为5.53×10~5,3.49×10~5和2.12×10~5。铁皮石斛花多糖主要由葡萄糖、甘露糖、半乳糖、半乳糖醛酸和阿拉伯糖5种单糖组成,其中甘露糖组成比例最高,其与葡萄糖比值为0.302~3.335;不同家系样品多糖中各单糖的相对含量存在一定差异,11个家系按单糖组成及相对含量划分为4类,该研究基本明确了铁皮石斛花中多糖相对分子质量分布及单糖构成,为其资源利用打下基础。

Dendrobium flower polysaccharide is mainly composed of five kinds of monosaccharides, such as glucose, mannose, galactose, galacturonic acid and arabinose, and the ratio of mannose is the highest, with the ratio of glucose to glucose ranging from 0.302 to 3.335; There were some differences in the relative contents of sugars. The 11 families were divided into four groups according to the composition and relative content of monosaccharides. The study basically clarified the relative molecular mass distribution and monosaccharide composition of polysaccharides in Dendrobium candidum, which laid the foundation for the utilization of resources.
