慢性化脓性中耳炎是耳鼻咽喉科的一种常见而有时可危及生命的疾病。本病缠绵,有时迁延数年,甚至数十年不等。我们认为本病的治疗,除了选用有效的药物外,更重要的是清除中耳内的炎症产物,促进引流,使药物能深入到病灶处。为此,我们除了对胆脂瘤型及部分坏死型采用手术治疗外,一般都是采用双氧水清洁法、正负压置换、加压灌药等综合措施进行治疗,取得了较好的效果,现谈谈我们的体会,供在基层医院工作的同道参考。
