目的观察利普刀联合阴道镜治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法 120例慢性宫颈炎患者,按治疗方式不同分为观察组(65例)和对照组(55例)。观察组行利普刀联合阴道镜治疗,对照组行微波治疗,比较两组疗效及手术情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.5%高于对照组的81.8%;观察组手术时间为(7.5±2.5)min短于对照组的(62.9±9.7)min,且术中出血量为(4.9±2.3)ml少于对照组的(92.1±19.6)ml,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利普刀联合阴道镜治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果显著,可降低患者术中出血量,缩短手术时间且提高疗效,值得推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Lipp knife combined with colposcopy in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods 120 patients with chronic cervicitis were divided into observation group (65 cases) and control group (55 cases) according to different treatment methods. Observation group Lipp knife combined with colposcopy treatment, the control group were treated with microwave, the efficacy and operation of the two groups were compared. Conclusion Lipp knife combined colposcopy treatment of chronic cervicitis has a significant clinical effect, can reduce the amount of bleeding in patients with surgery to shorten the operation time and improve efficacy, it is worth promoting the use of.
