The oncogene product ras-p21 is not only closely related to the occurrence and development of many tumors, but also is one of the most important molecules involved in cell signal transduction and regulates its proliferation and differentiation. The study of the regulation mechanism of ras-p21 activity has been the focus of molecular biologists, and has made a series of eye-catching breakthroughs in recent years. People not only cloned and identified a series of bird nucleotide exchange factors that regulate ras-p21 activity from mammalian cells, but also found different bird nucleotide exchange factors in tissue expression, molecular signaling pathways, and The characteristics of activity regulation have laid an important foundation for the comprehensive understanding of the molecular signaling pathway centered on ras-p21 and the elucidation of the molecular mechanisms regulating cell proliferation and differentiation.
