目的探讨早发冠心病患者血浆胎盘生长因子(PLGF)水平检测及其临床意义。方法 65例早发(男<55岁,女<60岁)冠心病中急性心肌梗死(AMI)15例(A组)、非AMI50例(B组);另84例非冠心病者为对照(C组)。采用双抗体夹心ABC-EIASA法测定血浆PLGF水平,对比分析临床资料、血脂、PLGF水平等其它变量。结果与B、C组相比,A组中男性、吸烟、糖尿病和冠心病家族史的比率、血糖、PLGF水平均显著升高,而载脂蛋白(Apo)A1水平明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。A、B组脂蛋白a均显著高于C组(P<0.05)。早发冠心病患者血浆PLGF水平与总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、ApoB及冠脉病变支数均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论检测血浆PLGF水平有助于冠心病的早期诊断和病变程度的评估。
Objective To investigate the level of plasma placental growth factor (PLGF) in patients with premature coronary artery disease and its clinical significance. Methods Fifty-five patients with AMI (A group) and 50 patients without AMI (B group) were enrolled in this study. Sixty-five patients with non-CHD were enrolled as controls Group C). The plasma PLGF level was measured by double antibody sandwich ABC-EIASA method, and other variables such as clinical data, blood lipids and PLGF levels were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with groups B and C, the ratio of family history of smoking, diabetes and coronary heart disease, blood glucose and PLGF in group A were significantly increased, while the level of apolipoprotein A1 was significantly decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01). A, B group lipoprotein a were significantly higher than the C group (P <0.05). Plasma PLGF levels in patients with premature coronary heart disease were positively correlated with total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), ApoB and coronary artery lesion count (P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of plasma PLGF level contributes to the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease and the assessment of the severity of coronary heart disease.
