卵巢静脉自发性破裂极为罕见,我院曾收治1例,现报告如下。患者,33岁,女性,已婚。以左下腹剧痛4小时,伴头晕、呕吐3次为主诉于1985年4月11日入院。末次月经1985年3月18日,既往无外伤史。体检:T37.2℃,P120次/分,R18次/分,BP50/20mmHg。面色苍白,神志清,烦躁。心肺(一)。腹部稍膨隆,腹壁略紧,左下腹明显压痛,无反跳痛,无移动性浊音。妇科检查:阴道有少量血
