球形细胞和椭球形红细胞在极低频电磁场中的微剂量计算

目的:计算极低频电磁场中球形细胞和椭球形红细胞( RBC)的电场强度和跨膜电压,为极低频电磁场与生物体相互作用靶点和机制的探寻提供参考依据。方法针对球形细胞模型和椭球形RBC模型,利用有限元法进行数值计算。结果两种细胞模型细胞膜电场强度最大值均明显高于外加电场强度,且细胞膜电场强度和跨膜电压随电场方向成周期性变化。结论较之细胞电磁参数,细胞形状及外电场方向对细胞膜电场强度和跨膜电压的影响并不大,细胞膜电场强度和跨膜电压的分布与外加电场方向有关。
