我院在一九五七年二月间通过中西医合作,以加减茵陈五苓汤治疗传染性肝炎十例,临床症状消失,肝功能好转,疗效尚称满意,茲将初步观察提供同道参考。一、病例分析 1、年龄:十例中年龄最大者五十五岁,最小者二十一岁,其中多数在二十一岁至三十岁之间。 2、职业:十例中以工人为最多,计六例,职员三例,农民仅一例。 3、症状:十例中主要症状为精神倦怠,发烧,黄疸,食慾不振,噁心,上腹部不适,肝肿大,肝区压痛,余为呕吐,便秘,腹泻,脾肿大,皮痒等。
In February of 1957, our hospital passed the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine to treat 10 cases of infectious hepatitis with Yinchenwuyu Decoction. The clinical symptoms disappeared and the liver function improved. The efficacy was still satisfactory. We will provide preliminary observations to provide the same reference. I. Case analysis 1. Age: The oldest of the ten cases was fifty-five years old, and the youngest was twenty-one years old, most of which were between twenty-one and thirty years old. 2. Occupation: Among the ten cases, the most are workers, six cases, three staff members, and only one case of farmers. 3. Symptoms: The main symptoms in 10 cases were mental fatigue, fever, jaundice, loss of appetite, nausea, upper abdominal discomfort, hepatomegaly, tenderness in liver area, vomiting in the rest, constipation, diarrhea, splenomegaly, and itching.
