1病例介绍患者,女,35岁,以食少、纳差、乏力2年,考虑慢性胃炎、胆囊炎,为明确诊断收住院。入院后一般体检:体温36.7℃,脉搏78次/min,血压120/75mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)。发育正常,营养中等。全身皮肤无皮疹及皮下出血点,口唇周围及黏膜有黑色素沉着,手掌、足跖面有黑色素斑,全身浅表淋巴结未触及肿大。心肺检查正常。腹软,未触及肿块,肝脾无肿大,考虑存在皮-棘综合征的可能,
