目的分析紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗方案在晚期食道癌治疗中的临床应用价值。方法对本院2012年6月~2013年12月收治的晚期食道癌患者进行抽样,随机抽取50例患者分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采取顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶治疗,治疗组行紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗方案,对两组患者临床疗效、不良反应及生活质量改善情况进行对比分析。结果治疗组治疗有效率、生活质量改善明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。两组均有不同程度的不良反应,P>0.05。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗治疗晚期食道癌效果显著,能有效缓解患者病情,提高患者生活质量,可进一步应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 50 patients with advanced esophageal cancer who were admitted to our hospital from June 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated with cisplatin plus fluorouracil. The treatment group received paclitaxel Platinum chemotherapy, the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and quality of life were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate of treatment and quality of life in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Both groups had different degrees of adverse reactions, P> 0.05. Conclusion paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy for advanced esophageal cancer effect is significant, can effectively alleviate the patient’s condition, improve patient quality of life, can be further applied.
