一年來中国科學院長春綜合研究所土木建築研究室進行“烟灰防水层”的研究,現已告成功。“烟灰防水层”研究成功不但解决了許多年來下能解决的平屋頂防水的问题,而且使平屋頂建築屋頂防水部份的工程費用减低1/2。以往平层頂建築的防水,一般使用油毡或油纸,但是,這些材料成本既高,防水效能又很低,尤其是在温度变化剧烈的地区,建築物住住發生漏水现象,每年需要修補。現在“烟灰防水层”研究成功了,這個問題才得到了圓滿的解决。
Over the past year, the Institute of Civil Engineering, Changchun Institute of Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences “soot waterproof layer” study, has been successful. The success of the “soot waterproofing” research has not only solved the problem of waterproofing of flat roofs that can be solved for many years, but also reduced the construction cost of roof waterproof parts of flat roof buildings by a factor of two. In the past, waterproofing of flat-roofed buildings generally used linoleum or oil paper. However, these materials are both expensive and have low water-proofing performance. In particular, in areas with severe temperature changes, water leakage occurs in buildings and needs to be repaired every year. Now “soot waterproof layer” research success, this problem has been satisfactorily resolved.
