我国电视产业近几年发展迅猛,但节目交易市场仍不成熟。交易会时间跨度大、缺乏政策规范和政府扶持、市场地域分布不合理、节目定价机制不健全等问题逐渐显现,严重阻碍我国电视节目的制作和销售。本文提出构建常设性的具有中国特色的电视节目交易市场、照顾各地区分布营销网络、扶植文化流通企业、健全法律规范和法律体系、加大政府监管和扶持力度、构建网上交易平台等对策,希望为我国电视产业的发展提供有效的建议。
China’s television industry has developed rapidly in recent years, but the program trading market is still immature. The time span of trade fairs is large, the lack of policies and regulations and government support, the irrational distribution of markets and the unsound pricing mechanism of programs have gradually hindered the production and sales of television programs in China. This article proposes to establish a permanent TV program market with Chinese characteristics, take care of the distribution of marketing networks in various regions, foster cultural circulation enterprises, improve legal norms and legal systems, increase government supervision and support, and build online trading platforms. For the development of China’s television industry to provide effective advice.
