目前,黄金矿山生产的氰化金泥,含铜量差异很悬殊.有的含铜2~5%左右和少量的铅,采用单一硫酸浸出,基本上能达到除铜和其他杂质的要求.含铜10~15%的金泥,采用单一硫酸浸出时,除铜不彻底.我矿成功的应用了硝酸铵和硫酸混合浸出,除铜效果好,已经应用于生产.金泥酸浸的目的是降低成本,保证产品质量,提高冶炼回收率.金泥不进行酸浸时,冶炼成本每公斤金高达50~60元,直接回收率达92~93%左右.应用混合酸浸成本为每公斤黄金降低25元,冶炼回收率提高到99.6%.
