利用扫描电子显微镜和金相技术等手段,对170冷轧辊断裂原因进行了分析.结果表明,轧辊材质及显微组织不良是导致轧辊断裂的主要原因.
The reason of the fracture of 170 cold roll was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope and metallographic technique.The results showed that the material of the roll and the microstructure were the main reasons leading to the fracture of the roll.
