为提高外文期刊利用率,充分发挥外文期刊在教学科研中的作用,提出了高校外文期刊资源利用策略,并给出了网络环境下提高外文期刊利用率的几点建议。
In order to improve the utilization rate of foreign periodicals and give full play to the role of foreign periodicals in teaching and research, this paper puts forward the strategy of utilizing resources of foreign periodicals in colleges and universities and gives some suggestions on how to improve the utilization rate of foreign periodicals under the network environment.
