在毛主席革命路线指引下,我区坝上四县的群众,从1968年开始到1975年底,共营造农田防护林23410条,全长41525华里,总面积达68万余亩,保护耕地600多万亩。经过几年的经营管理,已初步起到减免自然灾害的作用。为了促进林网早日发挥更大的防护效益,我们在省林业研究所的帮助下,进行了各种林带透风系数的测定,有如下体会:
