“师者,所以传道、授业、解惑也。”教师是用来传授道理,讲授学业,解答疑惑的。从笔者踏上讲台的那一刻,我就深知这句话的意思,也深感其中的分量。如何用学生喜闻乐见的方式授课,让他们乐于接受实则有些枯燥的课本知识?如何及时发现问题,解决学生学习或是成长中的谜团和困惑,让学生变得乐于与你交流?如何在平时教学过程的点点滴滴中以小见大,融入为人处事的基本准则和道理,帮助学生树立正确的人生观、价值观?这些都是我在工作中不断
