培育公民法治意识是建设社会主义法治国家、发展社会主义市场经济、推进社会主义法治文化建设的必然要求。由于多种原因,我国公民的法治意识较为淡薄。培育公民的法治意识,应加快法治建设进程、加强普法宣传、大力发展社会主义法治文化,不断提高法律的权威性、营造良好的法治环境。
Fostering citizen’s awareness of the rule of law is an inevitable requirement for building a socialist country governed by the rule of law, developing a socialist market economy and promoting the socialist culture of legal culture. For a variety of reasons, the awareness of the rule of law in our country is weak. To cultivate citizens’ sense of the rule of law, we should speed up the progress of the rule of law, step up propaganda for popularizing law, vigorously develop the culture of socialist rule of law, continuously improve the authority of law and create a sound environment for the rule of law.
